- Walter Cronkite was, in my opinion, the greatest news anchor I ever heard. I have only dim memories of the man he replaced, Douglas Edwards, and no memories of Edward R. Murrow.

- I would say so. Mr. Cronkite reported the news without injecting the bias that has come to represent mainstream news today. I miss that.
